ino mate you have had the hard work done for ya alreadythat part has been spot welded there before then cut back to put the line in then filled over , tom asked me to cut line back in so i cut it back down the weld and there no sign of rust , but iam going to seal it over aswell before spraying . so most of that work has been done for me
ahh right see what wayne thinks you two no more than me lol
would you still see the lines them mate?
looking good there Wayne, I can see you have your hands full on Tom's car, hope you can move into your new patch soon.
one observation,.....the lip between the front panel arch and wing lip arch, where they join toghether, I would weld that shut, for 2 reasons; 1 prevents the front panel from loosening( cracks in paint) 2 rust prevention in the long term. I would do the same where the arch lip meets the A-panel lip..... both sides of the car of course
lines between the panels? All I am saying that wont alter nout, just you need to strenghten bot panels at the lip and join the lip toghether, that area is a lotta pull on it like a guitar string, if vibrates when driving it might come loose....

Wayne you've done a good job with those door gaps it's not easy to get good results.
When do you think you'll start laying down some colour?

I just wanted to pick your brains tom? earlier this year i can see you fitted your brake lines, I’m just at this stage now, I’ve done a little bit of reading and all I’ve understood (and I’m proberly still got it wrong) is that there’s two types of systems, i think they're called single and double systems, do you know what the difference is? What does the double and single refer to.
What system did you fit? I want to fit disc brakes on the front and a servo master cylinder set up, do you know what system I’ll need?
I guess minispares will have the bits i need but when I don't know what I need it makes it a little difficult and when i don't what even called what I’m searching for it gets quite difficult.
I’ve proberly got this completely wrong but is there any chance you can point me in the right direction?
Sorry for all the questions and the blatant stupidity on my part but I’m learning all the time.....
cheers
