so booked the afternoon off work as we had not got alot on i started work back on toms o/s door , this one out of the two looked the best ( wrong ) this is the one with the stuck screw lol . so after cutting the skin off and drilling the screw out and retaping the thread , i cut off the lower frame and a pice of thin metal where the lower hinge was. uesing an old door off my mini i cut a pice out of that to make the hinge part strong again and fitting the new lower panel i tack it all in place . ( then i test fitted the door skin all good ) so fully welded it all in place.

today i fitted the door skin ( that fits great ) just sum small dents to fill and the inside of the frame then thats finnished
so i started on the bonnet , tom asked me to weld the holes in the bonnet , so i welded them inside and out , sanding all the weld down and a quick sand of the outside of the bonnet and a bit of primer inside 2moza

got up at 5am this mornig as we have lots on at work , so 2nite i got 30 mins to finnish the welding . BUT we most of left sum thinners rags on the table at sum time in the day , so when i started welding ( hell the table whent up in flames in the unit ) so i droped the door on the floor picked up the table and ran outside as fast as i can , when i turn around to look back my boss is on the floor weting himself and started singin the song ( iam on fire ) and ( hoooo my tables on firrrreer ) so now with all the flames out i welded the door up ( out side )
