Well, I had a word with Footman James today and they gave me a quote of £4400 (7 times what I paid last year ). However they said that they are hopeful they will resolve the problem within the next few weeks/months.

If they ever sort it out and give me a reasonable quote, I think I'll cancel my current insurance and insure with them.
