Are you gonna laquer it? If not how are you gonna smooth the mask line between the red and white?
going to flat both solid colours (1200+) then laquer with a 2k laquer, flat and polish using
a mop and Farcela compound.

Don't paint it in topcoat then flat and laquer as you'll likely get laquer peel somewhere or a reaction if you don't leave the colour a good while to harden off.
Basecoat your darkest colour first then mask off and basecoat your light colour, unmask and laquer the lot.
You can get special lining tape for masking your line to stop bleed through which looks naff.
