From what i can see there, its amazing.
Would you be able to get a full car side shot next time?
not enough room in the garage Jack, if it's nice out tomorrow i'll
see about pushing it out into the daylight just for you... tov take a pic .

This is some ace project it just gets better and better eveytime i look im loveing the style and this is gonna be one of a kind when finished.

Hi, cut off the seam in sections
weld up cut seam , then cut off the remaining seam and weld up.
grind off the weld a little, not too much (keep the stength), knock in the joint
a little to allow for filler and prime
i used a fibre glass filler first
then a polyester filler for the final shaping
voila !!!!!!!!!
all other de-seaming is the same.
ps a pro would take more time to panel beat the shape back in and then
lead fill...

Thanks for that mate i was thinking of mig brazing wire expensive but i throught it would be strong anough but others said it wont be strong anough whats your throughts on doing it this was by brazeing instead of welding thanks again mate.
don't think brazing is permitted any more due to weld strength problems, oxy/acetylene (gas) welding is fine or even tig/tag welding, mig / mag welding is easier for a novice welder to do,

OK thanks for reply freddy i may try this one day with the mig just scared of burning loads of holes thanks
forgot to say when you cut off the seam leave a couple of mm to weld too then you wont blow through.
take your time and you'll be ok mate..
