been out yesterday, fitted N/S drive shaft disc and caliper, fitted new cv boots



with wheel on



tried radiator in place and it fits ' just'

As there are no issues with the rad fouling the subframe brace bar i'm
going to stay with the standard fan set up for starters, may go electric later
on.. Was given a 'Mini spares 2 core rad by my cousin, nearly new just needs
a clean up and paint.

popped out in the garage last night, went to fit the crank case breather
on the clutch housing , but the previous owner had stripped one of
the threads and tried to tap it out with a bigger bolt
got a mate tap from work today and had to drill out and tap both fixing
fixing holes, fitted the breather with black pan head allen bolts.

How did u stop the swarf from getting inside the transfer case?

used a couple of rubber gloves and pushed them into
the breather hole, before i pulled them out i blew the
swarf off, the bolt holes were not drilled all the way through
so no swarf would have entered the engine..

anyhow Mart, what are you up too at the mo then??

For me, not much, no Minis other than looking after Voodoo for 666Junky.
Starting to evolve into proper hotrods, and 6 litre something V8's with N.O.S Something properly fun When i can afford it...

hub ,disc and caliper assembly. all running gear is now fitted
