Been out and took off the near side door panel



took off the off side door panel and revealed the extent of
rot




cut out the rot and replaced with a new section

not ready for paint yet, still tinkering with the body, may make some
more alterations

blanked off the fuel filler hole

plated


and filled and primed


thought i'd stick a small mag-light torch in the
numberplate light hole just to get an idea of what
it would look like

there are two more holes one eitherside.

think it'll be ok

What colour are you thinking?

white roof ,pillars and scuttle panel ( ie top of doors) following the line around the body, then a bright red below

Done a bit more tonight, removed the boot lock, plated, filled
and primered.



just got to fit the solenoid locking
mechanism now!!
