been out and fitted the 'a' panel stiffeners i fabricated at work, re-fitted the door.

been out tonight and made some internal hinges for the boot lid,
want to remove the external hinges.

Jammy could re-name the thread 'The Rat'.

went out this afternoon and fitted the internal hinges in the boot. welded
up the old hinge holes and the number plate light holes.





just got to decide whether to remove the lock and fit a solenoid mechanism.

Just got to decide whether to remove the boot lock mechanism and replace
with a solenoid lock.

Impressive hinges! I've always wanted to do that, but was worried about positioning them to get a good clean shut. Seems you've managed it! Looks great.
