re-shaping on the flip front, took a couple of
pics for you all, shows the front without
the step under the grill.
still got to glass up and shape but it's looking ok.

Ithink bright red up to the scuttle panel crease then diamond white above ( scuttle,pillars and roof)

Elo, i was just showin my mate ur front and how amazingly simple and great it is. But we just noticed something in ur photos, you havn't got the a-pannels on... have you checked that the fronts gonna clear them... i have a sneaking suspision you may have problems, after looking back at mine it makes sence, that its the reason why the hinges i have move the bonnet 2 inches forwards, before flipping it up. I do hope i'm wrong tho.
i am not having 'A' panels , to be honest I overlooked that bit , I 'm sure I can sort
something out if it does fowl. I've got a good grinder ,jigsaw and a big hammer !!!!!!
I've got a feeling it will be ok I'll let you know...

easy, just mount the A-panels on the front itself.
then they'll catch the wheels

lower edge,
clamped on the 'A' panel to check the bonnet opening action in case
of fouling, opens fine.
