Looks amazing, are you legally alloud the light to be sunk in like that though? becuase i thought i read somewhere that you have to be able to see them from side on.... im not sure if that correct or not but it might be worth looking into it before you weld it all in place.

with the lights partly recessed you can see them from the side.

going out now to do a bit more , so may have some more pics.

regarding photo bucket, i have around 230 photo's of the build
and you can only upload 3 at a time

Just upload a few every so often, or do it whilst doing other things.

Looks really great - having them 1/2 frenched in looks best to me.

went in at 18.50 and came out at 20.30, cut down tubes, welded in dressed down
filled & sanded twice, then primed.

must admit that they look better in the photo as they are only roughly
filled and primed, still need a bit of shaping.

just a pic showing the rear lights in place,



going to loose the external boot hinges,may make internal hinges or
hooks to hook over the boot frame.
and remove the large number plate light.

may go for a sml square plate or even make a back lit plate so there is
no need for an external light

we'll have to see..
