Don't forget you will need to put a pair of rear facing reflectors on somewhere - they are a legal requirement.
i'll put some on for the mot but they might fall off afterwards ooops.

Dave
settings all depend on thickness of material, body work use a low
power setting strike up and adjust wire feed untill you get a
crisp crackling bacon sound,
thoroughly clean parent metal and try and set up on scrap material first.
ifwire burns back increase wire speed, if it stubs then reduce speed.

post a lot of photos, I have to keep going through
the post deleting photos, which is a shame as new
member won't be able to see the progress.

The only problem with this forum is you can't
post a lot of photos, I have to keep going through
the post deleting photos, which is a shame as new

Yeah, as Ed said. Host your pictures on photobucket or image shack, then cut and paste the [ IMG ] ....... [ IMG ] code into your post, you can put hundreds of piccies on here then
Oh, I'd also say that the partly recessed rear lights are good, but I would have them sticking out just a tiny bit myself, so that people can see them when they are in the next lane on the motorway/dual carriageway and nearly level with you (if that makes any sense at all)
