Am also running Metro turbo brakes up front and also using the Metro swivel hubs modded to fit ...

Using these as you don't have to shim the swivel joints like on a mini, you just replace the whole

joint..... but you need to have adjustable bottom arms and tie rods to get the camber right....

The metro hubs also give a wider track to the front wheels....

With the metro hubs, did you use the mini steering arms or the metro ones?

Yes Minilandy, took the Metro arms off , drilled out the Mini ones to 10mm I believe (mini 9.5 metric equivalent ) to enable fitting

hole centres are the same.... Mini arms used as they are shorter and not as bent.

Had an eventful night on Friday... Went to the Holiday inn hotel for my Christmas do , went into the multi story

car park , and my gear lever went all floppy and couldn't select any gears... so I thought sod i'll have a drink for

a change and call the AA out later..... Well had a great time at the party and at 23.30 decided to go and look

at the car.... Pulled it out the space we had pushed it into and sprawled underneath.... the roll pin had come out

I managed to fit it back in ..... But then I did something I never do .... drove home after having a drink... luckily

I hadn't had a lot so was ok...... Got a telling off from the mrs the next morning though.......

Started fabricating the plenum chamber for the twin 1 1/2 HIF su's .. cut the backplates then formed the outer rim , just need tig welding , then need to sort out mounting sleeves and an intake connection

Plenum chamber, you say? This mean you're going turbo, or using it for better air filter placement?
