Ford Transit ,cut out vans to fit bonded windows to make Mini buses ...

Is this what you do for a living? Got loads of window cut outs for repairs in the garage

Not on the shop floor now, we do conversions and bespoke builds

Sweet, I'm in the ply lining and vehichle conversion business. The van window cutouts and crash beams come in handy

Well finally sorted out the caliper, got another one , also fitted new outer cv's ,wheel bearing and metro pre 1980 swivels top and bottom. Fitted the Mini steering arms ( had to drill out the bolt holes to 10 mm ) . Drove it around , work and back and gave it a hard drive this evening , didn't have any problems with the inner cv's popping out. I did check when I put it together and the bearing holders were well inside the pots.. The only thing I found is the bearings seemed quite noisy , checked them when I got home and it looks like they've collapsed !!! Think I've been sold some cheapo bearings ........ apart from that pleased with the ride , doesn't seem to tramline as much either .......

Negative... looks good and and drives ace , don't tramp or wander......... And the inner cv's haven't come out the pots as people said they would ..... As I'm using the Metro hubs and not the mini ones....
