What a read lol must say I prefer the green and looked the nuts when it was just about scraping the ground. Enough of that when's it getting tec or vx turbo lol

Yeh Boab , still here lol ...... thought I might get a certificate for most posts etc.. lol ... still adding and changing bits on him.... never ending .. Just sold my Blue point tool trolley at work for £100 so more funds to get ANOTHER motor sorted.... watching a rebuilt 1330 with what looks like twin 11/2 HIF's on it at the moment.... Treated him to some xenon headlight bulbs and some green led side light bulbs Posted Image

pre 1980 swivels fitted top and bottom to the metro hubs Posted Image Using the mini steering arms as the metro ones are longer, but had to open them out to 10mm because the mini bolts are imperial and slightly smaller diameter than Metro arm bolts . I've heard of problems with geometry with these, do keep us updated on them.

Hi minilandy, changed the metro steering arms as they were
longer and had more of a bend on them , I also have fully
adjustable suspension so should be able to resolve any
issues

A chap on here did the same, and then his inner pot joints kept popping out.

Was the only thing that put me off the metro hubs, so do let us know how you get on!

You can successfully extend the inner pot joints, we used to do this when I raced ministox to stop the driveshafts pulling out.

Had to grind off the tabs on the flanges for the mini wheel Posted Image then dressed down flush and studs refitted Posted Image brakes fitted Posted Image BUT couldn't finish them because two of the nipples broke off :-( , Always make sure they undo before you strip your old brakes off !!!!! Posted Image BOOOO HOOOOO !!!!
