well today went ok, firstly no snow 
, first problem was the piggy back thermostat , had to remove this as the front end wouldn't close fully as it is set a tad lower than a standard front ,so I had to fit the standard one and replace the housing bolts with the shorter studs. next problem due to removing the piggy back heater outlet I had to drill out the cylinder head heater tap outlet and fit the old heater valve, sorted that out 
next problem was to sort out the exhaust , got that done. So Tomorrow , check oil level , fill with coolant , turn over then start up and finally need to bleed the brakes as I've fitted a new master cylinder... Last but not least DRIVE !!!

All fitted and running , could smell fuel on the way home from work, had a look and notice I hadn't tightened up the fuel pipe clip.... silly boy.. 
Received a little belated Christmas present today .. some Carbon Fibre door eschoucheans on offer . 
Also fitted a new old stock brake master cylinder , now have a superb brake pedal.. just need to fit my 4 pots..
