yeah, how craps that!!! same happened last time i entered, first went to a ruff looking bike engined mini, with rusty wellers on, mates with the judges.
thats a first, the judge driving the winning car into the arena!!

sprayed the cage Satin black , now fitted in Ratty and bolted into place.

Any pics of it fitted? Looks nice in black. Did you make spreader plates for under the floors?

sorry James only just seen this, as you have seen it's all fitted now, used some big washers underneath, May make
some plates but can't see what real benefit it will have . ordered some black soft aircon lagging to cover it in, it's also
got a self adhesive strip on the joint so no need for tape or cable ties

Received the black aircon lagging this week, good as the split joint has an adhesive tape on it
so you can re-seal the lagging ,with no need for cable ties and tape...





only £2.54 per 2mts against £7 for propper rollcage foam...
