That indicator and sidelight combo you've done you said you've used landrover brake lights. Thing is I'm thinking of doing the same thing but still want to put the older looking glass lenses on. Can you get landrover brake lights that take the older style lenses?

don't think the land rover used that combination.

heres one for you

well got home at 1pm this afto, so I decided to Attack the cracked wheel arch.....

arch as it was

Posted Image

used a die grinder to cut down to the join and cut out the crack, I then
prized the arch away and filled join with resin and pinned back with a screw

I then glass filled

Posted Image

filled with polyester filler ,then rubbed down

primed up , still got to fine fettle

Popped out today and got some paint mixed up, hardener and thinner £35 worth.
decided to get a rattle can paint to just seal the repair until I get the garage sorted
so I can spray it in there, sprayed it with a coat of white primer then a coat of red

went out today and did a bit more work on the arch, can leave it now till I have sorted
the garage out and the weather gets a bit better , so probably won't spray with 2k until
the spring /summer.

there is a slight colour difference , but not bad for a rattle can finish, hopefully the
mixed 2k will be a better match, but it'll do for now ^_^
