Started sorting out Ratty a new heart today, I've taken the gearbox off his orignal
1000 engine and will be mating it to my spare 1275 block , after fitting this engine
I will be re-building the current engine hopefully either 1380 or 1310 / 40 turbo :D
but don't know how long it will take due to my funds

I need him running, and I think his current engine is a better engine to re-build than the one I'm putting
in. even though his current engine has excessive oil pressure and blows oil out the clutch breather
it still motors. plus doing it this way I can take my time on the re-build. I also beleive the 'A' series
block is a better option to overbore.

That indicator and sidelight combo you've done you said you've used landrover brake lights. Thing is I'm thinking of doing the same thing but still want to put the older looking glass lenses on. Can you get landrover brake lights that take the older style lenses?
