[camp freddy]

been out tonight, drilled out the rear wheels to take
the new shouldered wheel nuts, also took off the brake
drums and welded the new studs onto the back of the
hubs, as the splines didn't hold the studs firmly enough.
then put them back together.
one more job done...

cheers, much appreciated. don't get to do much Tig ally at
work, takes a few mins to get with the flow LOL.

most of the Tig welding I do at work is for me so I have
to do it pretty nifterly

Done some more, been out and and stripped of both hubs and
drive shafts, then I replaced the old drive shaft seals.
That's another job done

Tonight, took off the rad and fitted the fan (until I sort out
the electric one), also cleaned up and sprayed the alternator.

sorted out the carb, bolted the manifold on and fitted to
the car, also fitted the alternator, and replaced the
starter solenoid with a newer one I found in my box
of bits...
sourced a pair of door windows from 'Jameswildcooper' ,will
pick up tomorrow... can then tint and fit them...

popped down to James's tonight and picked up the door glass,
might have time to clean ,tint and fit tomorrow.

managed to do a bit this afto , finished the cooling hose work
and filled with anti-freeze/water , while doing the Barbie
I cleaned the windows I got off James ready to be tinted tomorrow,
hopefully.
