Did you do it in one go, or three? I have been informed you need to do the rear screen in three pieces to do it successfully. Never tried one myself.
did it in one piece off the car.
you can do it in one piece - heat shrink it to the shape of the glass before final fitting on the inside.
Best way. Mine was done with rear window still in, one peice of tint film, no bubbles. Was done using the above method.
Cant wait to see the overall look of this mini Are the wheels staying?? If not, what you going for??
getting the wheels powder coated black or anthracite, will use until i can find
some i like, only prob is the ones i like arn't done in 13''

took out the rear demister switch as won't be having a de-mister window, sorted out the
mk1 high beam circuit, so all lights are now working. Next job is to wire up the digi dash
(don't look too bad a job). also managed to order the speedo drive converter.
need to make a cowl for the digi dash, so i've also got to mock up a template.
Got myself another car aswell today (well the Mrs bought it for me off her Bro) only
been ran in and not used in anger!!!!! (for b/day and criggy)

God times have changed, I wanted one of those older ones with the 7-port .21 and they were about £400! They don't half shift though!
You'll be very happy with your purchase I feel .

With that engine i would recomend you get a temp gun, they do like to run too hot.
Race ya?

Agreed, you need a temp gun really but if you dont fancy buying one then you can tell how hot your motor's running bt spitting into the heatsink around the glow plug, if it boils away instantly it's running too hot (usually lean) and itll be fairly obvious if it's too rich i always tune mine for the best performance while keeping a nice thin trail of smoke.
