I can finally join in this thread with my head held high with my Maestro :D Other than our Minis, we have a boring base model 2007 black diesel Zafira. You don't need a photo of it, you see them daily. I just need a cheap to buy and run car which can be scraped and dented without worry. Still, it's good for moving parents, kids, dogs and junk and is cheap and reliable to take to France when I need to work out there. I then have my mother in-law's 2002 bright blue Agila (the Loser Cruiser) which was a concession when she moved into residential care. She didn't want to move into residential care and as her medical team didn't give her a choice, they thought it would be good if I could keep her car and take her out in it. You really wouldn't want to see a photo of it, it just looks like a boxier version of Dr Who's Tardis.

Anyway, for those of you who haven't seen her, here is my new baby, Milly. The Maestro was launched on 1st March 1983 and she was built on 25th May 1983 and registered on 16th June 1983. She is a 1.3L, so one up from the base model 1.3. She is fantastic and I love her to bits

Her Jimmy dash sticker >_<

She is standard bar her wheels (she needs the slotted type) and her front grill badge which is a later version, so I'm on the hunt for those. The side decal were put on by the dealer before the first owner purchased her.

B******!!!! :xxx: hope the people are caught James, maybe they need their eyes scratching out seeing as they have scratched your paintwork! Hope the damage isn't too crippling on the insurance (if you have gone through them)

Well this is my other ride, I say mine, I mean my girlfriends car. Pretty much in this most of the time (being chaffuered around) if my lil' bandit isn't working >_< !
Now be nice, I quite like it, VERY roomy inside and VERY comfortable!

Some old git did the same to me not long after I got my Punto. Parked next to him and he said move cause he was disabled (he wasnt in a disabled bay). I said no. He slammed his door into mine twice then sped off! Gave his reg to the coppers but he played decrepid and innocent when they knocked on his door so he got off with a warning and I had to stump up the dent pulling cost.

It had been done to a few other cars in the carpark too. I got off comparatively lightly, it's isolated to the door where as some people had it head light to tail light.

A local body shop has said they can sort it for £170 and my insurance excess is £150 so I may be better off having it sorted privately, I'm not sure.

I've got a new wiper cap for £2 from a local breakers so at least that was a simple fix!

If he was genuinely disabled, why didn't you move your car to let him get in? Or was he just a *******?
