I don't think you can embed pictures using Imgur on mobile. I can't seem to anyway, only a link, whereas on laptop you can embed them

On Imgur website it's the BBCode (message boards & forums) you need to copy/paste

Hi I’ve just setup a Flickr account but still can’t upload ? Any tips

Although I have used photobucket in the past it seems I am unable to do so now. If I try to upload an image it tells me that I am not aloud to use that extension.

I then started a imgur  account as advised by another user and put in the BB code but that got the same reply.

I will have a word with our resident IT guru to see if he can shed some light on this. 

 

Photobucket just turned into a money grabbing machine that affected multiple forums including ours. Deathrow spent a lot of time trying to save various threads, builds etc after we all got hammered.

 

As for Imgur, i'm not sure whats wrong there but i don't have any problem. As to Flickr i did not find that user friendly hence why i went for Imgur instead.

Just a note on Imgur I saw a not that they were going to stop doing apps just the standard mobile page would work.

Don’t think it should cause any probs though.

I put the BBCode direct into the text area 

 

Which link do you copy?

I always use the second from the bottom (BBCode) on the list and pasted direct to my reply - not using the 'Image' tab in the reply window.
