yea they sent me a tracking number i will have a look at where it is how much did you have to pay customs

I think it was the vat i had to pay so thats 20 percent of what it cost

That sounds expensive 20% vat on the subframe or delivery

i wont chop any more of the bulk head away intill the engine is in i have an eg engine mount wich mini tec say to use but it dont seem to line up on my engine but it dont look to different to the mount already on the engine i dont like hondas they change to much lol

Looks a good base for your project , Its not to bad keeping the front end on , i was considering removing mine but i got the plasma cuter out but couldnt bring my self to do it . i just decided having to unbolt a few subframe bolts and lifting the car above was worth it to keep it all original . one tip before you do any painting get the engine in and the ancilaries all connected just to see where u need to cut . because i had mine painted 1st and thats 1 big regret , because its all got to be done again where i had to cut and adapt bits . looking forward to seeing another minitec build .

Hi paul i have thout if two ways to do it first thing i was thinking of doing was cutting the pedel and welding flat bar onto it virticaly then weld the pedal back on bringing it further towords the driver wich should make it miss the box the other way i was thinking of doing it was cuting two pieces out of the box so that the pedal can go down into it i havnt looked into it much yet as i havnt got the rhd box wen i do it i will take lots of piks and let you now how it terns out no way am i buying any thing els from america just hade to pay customs £500 for my subframe should be hear next monday now wich will give me sum time to make room and clean the shell up

think the wiring will be dificult but i do have the full honda loom the only thing i should have to do it adapt the collom to work with it as soon as its running i will be happy

> That customs charge is realy steep , mind u when u get the kit u wont regret it , . ive been looking into using the original pedal box again . was thinking of cuting them welding them then geting the fabricator i use to make them up out of solid metal for me so their not weekend , so once i get to work on them il put some pics up to . if it all goes well i can probably get himto make two lots up if its any use to you ?
