Those doors do look very poorly mate but everything can be saved :)

Ya nothing is passed saving,


Tonight I got one door finished, just need spot welding around the window seem but gonna do that once other door is done incase it need slight adjustment,

Got most of the other frame repaired now,

Bottom repair section



All welded then ground down




Now the top half!! Had to make this from scratch as you cant buy repair panels

Not got many pics, I've cut the til half and made a L shape in and then started to rebuild the top corner





Most of it ground down still needs a little linishing




Also got my hubs blasted so primered them and will paint them today,

Got the doors finished off today, really happy with the outcome, test fitted the doors and they fitted near spot on, also got the hubs and drive shafts painted.

Started by repairing this last bit on the door







No evidence of a repair now ;)



Primered the inside of the door



Skin on, much more work compared to the other side as it has the u-channel, which I had to form by hand,



Now the test fit, I'm very happy with it needs some adjustment but not a great deal




The gaps are pretty good, just the n/s door at the bottom the gap seems to open up. Will sort that out in the weeks once I've done under back lights

Nice shiny hubs.



Now to crack on with the front doors, which I know is going to be a right pain in the back side.
Not sure if I'll get time to work on her tomorrow.

Finally getting there, although I'm running thin in the ground with time, so now I'm gonna have to work my ass off.

I wish !! Just need to repair under the back lights and cost the underside then see can go off for paint !! Not far off just need to get the time now, started work at 5.30 this morning and well I'm still here !! Tomorrow I start at 5.30am again! Long days but at least I'm getting overtime in and extra money's for the van !

Also ordered the bottom repair section for the front drivers door.

Well no work on the van this week as tomorrow I'm in again at 5.30 !! And in a stay away with work so will be back Friday night

Had myself a parcel when I got home... From m-machine !

Means I can crack on with my front doors !!

This weekend I'm planning to have the front doors repaired.









Really impressed with the quality of the panel. Will see how it fits the weekend.
