Thanks buddy came out so much better than I first expected !! The reason behind me changing the rear quarter instead of repair is when I first got the van this side was pushed in like the picture below managed to push them back out but was still badly warped. And would have taken a fair bit of filler to smooth out. As I want as little filler as possible was better to replace and was rusty so was easy to replace them then try repair and straighten out. This quarter was from m-machine and fitted near perfect just needed a little fettle but nothing major.

Thanks will be updates the weekend.
Last night done a little more welding on the quarter but taking my time don't want any warping.
Had the replace the rad in my red mini as was badly leaking. So whilst the grill was off I couldn't resist fitting it to the van lol

New rad for the red mini with a new-ish housing painted this years ago and never got round to fitting a little Scratched but still looks better than the one that came off

I then refitted the old girls black and silver plated

All back together just need to grab some coolant today and then she's back out to play :)

Thanks Danny

Anyways back to the van. Got the passenger side rear quarter repair section made up needs trimming to cut what's been cut from the van. Needs a little more work in the corner section of the lip but will sort once actually on the van

I got this bit off the old loads bed at last. Needs a slight repair and then can be welded on should get it done In the week sometime.

Quick test fit

So that's a few more jobs off the list. List is getting smaller and smaller :)
Thanks Dan
