As it shows a change of colour in July 2011 and a change of owner in Aug 2011 it does look like someone may be trying to use the identity on another vehicle. Does the engine number match up with yours? If it does that's another point in your favour with VOSA.

If there is a 'ringer' out there with your ID then it may well be case of one van saved and another for the crusher when VOSA carry out their checks.

im not sure if they match i will check today infact if it does bonus !!!!!!!

and when i chipped the paint of it last week it was infact grey underneath so i think they brought it and thought that bads and scrapped it and im just hoping they havent robbed a van shell and using the identitiy on it as i know beans van was stolen

Looks like it's one of the very last vans actually, well worth the time to restore.

And that is great news about the engine number. Suggest the DVLA send an inspector round to where the ringer is; don't want anyone trying to claim what appears to be legally yours...

hiya ya ive been to the police and my brother luckily wasnt on the bike at the time and ya gonna get every penny i can off them and ya i sent a v62 2 weeks ago and i will see what happenes if i get it bonus if they say someone else has it i will demand an inspector around
