www.kitecrowd.co.uk thats the best forum to go to and may even be able to pick up some decent second hand gear. myself personally would recomend Ozone kites as they are top quality and performance i however have neve done kitesurfing but used to lots of land kiteboarding, but another great tip is to pop downt to the beach one day and ask some of the kiters, they should normally be as friendly as minifolk but you do get some people who are R'ses though. but i do recomend a lesson or two from a reputable place and also SAFETY gear such as helmet and impact vest. oh and youl have sh!t loads of fun and when you do it the feeling of harnessing the power of the wind will be great.
oh and that kit does look like good kit the kites are good kites but check on kite crowd theyl give you better advice than me
