I've found them in aluminum and chromed. Apparently they have a load handling of 650lbs. A friend of mine has a 4 person golf cart that weighs in at about 1800lbs and he's not tiny either. I'm looking to pick up a set in a month or so and bring it into Gauge and Layout at work and see if they'll go through them. When I do I'll post results.

Thank you!!! Is it the shipping that is making it difficult to get in the UK? I believe I paid 43 US dollars each wheel when I bought mine. I couldn't find any information on the wheels so I bought a set to see for myself and at that price, I really didn't have much to lose.

Rovin, shipping is the expensive bit. Most companies are talking $250 dollars + for shipping. Im hoping to visit head office in spartanburg later in the year may get myself some then. sneek them into my suitcase.

What mounting bolts and tires did you use?

They look sharp.

Is anyone familiar with the 12 inch low profile golf cart tires. I know they make some DOT approved street tires with a load rating around 1000 pounds. A few sizes I've seen are 215-5012, 215-40-12, 215-35-12, 205-50-12, and 205-30-12. There are some nice looking wheels too. http://www.golfcartt...re.com/w-12.htm
