are there any companies in the UK doing the cart wheels

Driezzie, that was the mk1 mini i was thinking about (the red one with door circle), i emailed him about a year or 2 ago when he first got those wheels and when he was trial fitting them to his mini. He never said of any problems with them on the road but can't remember the forum he was on now. Not sure but i think he possibly sold the car on to someone else as i remember seeing it for sale somewhere.

Driezzie - are you sure they're the real deal and proper golf cart wheels? I would love to slam it on 10's later on and would definetly buy these things!

In my opinion they are just strong alu wheels from Asia designed for multiple purposes but mostly sold as golf cart wheels. As long as they are 4x4 (101 and a bit) they will fit (thats why they also fit ATV, Buggies, even little traktors etc). Most wheels are rated between 500-600 lbs so strong enough for our little cars. Most golf cart wheels I've seen on the web were used on track racers (no potholes etc) but those had about 200bhp and also had some jumps sometimes, some people started to use them on the regular roads and so far they seem to keep up. With the proper tires they will hold up I guess, about the quality of the weel finish I don't have any info but don't expect too much. On the other hand they are cheap to replace. Yes they are illegal but so are 13x7 minilites...
