today was also my 17th birthday and my mom made me the best cake ever it even has the the correct registration
i also got a few parts for cn too:

I'm in the middle of my GCSE's now :/ Probably should be revising. I'm going to see a 1994 Mini 35. I dont think its the Cooper edition, it has the 1275cc engine. Can't wait. It does only have one seat at the moment lol. Should be a interesting test drive!
I dont know weather to restore to its "former" glory or make it my own. At the moment im heading towards making it my own!

cheers bud, imo i would restore to former glory but only if most if not all of the LE parts are present but it'll be your car so do what you wish word of advice, don't be scared by first appearances but don't impulse buy...take your time to way up if it is viable to restore or not.................if i'm honest, cn probably wasn't the best example we looked at but i thought with my heart and here i am but i wouldn't change a thing
Hope you had a good birthday, the car is looking really good, looking forward to seeing it painted. Keep up the good work.
cheers mate, i did thanks i got lots of nice new parts for Cliff-Nigel me too, the bloke at Repair-Fix (the paint shop) said cn will be painted some time this week

lol. Its just what I'm looking for really and solid sills. Only one i've seen with solid sills and sub-frames! Problem with restoring it to original condition is the 35 was a fairly sh*t special edition anyway. Alloys where an option. Other than the bonnet badge and the paint/stickers. I dont think any of the parts are LE stuff. Different wheels, Different steering wheel. Lack of interior
Cant wait to see "Cliff-Nigel" Painted. I've been following your thread for a while. Kinda what made me get to work looking for a car!
