Ok thanks i had mine sprayed in a unit in middleton near the belfry aswell could be the same bloke? He was called pete i think.

lol i don't think it's the same bloke pal, my dad knows that bloke, he sprays trucks in his barn in middleton...the bloke who is spraying cliff was called kieth and he has a unit on a complex on a farm

hi all, today i finished putting the rest of the sound deadening in the cabin





then we finished wiring up my boot light, adjusted the lock and dropped cliff down and rolled him out into the sun

then, when i first got him last august...





...and now, 9 months, 300+ man hours and a lot of blood, sweat and tears later











then we cleaned the garage and pushed him back in, i forgot just how small the mini is



tomorrow we will fit the doors and the arches + sill trim, then on the week end we will give the car another flat down and prime before he goes of to paint Thursday

Fantastic work as always! I must say though, I am very pleased you are keeping it stock - personally, I hate deseamed mini's, I think they just look wrong. Excellent project and I wouldn't have done anything differently.

wow, cheers mate, that has got to be one of the best feedbacks i have had the whole project yeah i like everything about the design of the thirty and it will be worth more standard (almost ) but i don't plan on letting him go any time soon

hi all, today we fitted the doors, refitted the arches and sill trims and nearly finished preparing cliff for paint, all that is left to do is give it a final flat down, fill and prime, i will upload some pics later

cheers bud, well i would have liked the doors, bonnet and boot lid to be sprayed off the car but the spray shop would charge more so i will have to wait and see what the new quote is he may have to remove them to do a good job so i will have to wait and see happens Thursday

i will have to have a look-see at that
