FAO Zcars
or anyone else for that matter,
My car is harder to push than I expected. With no apparent brake binding issues I am suspecting the diff. Would the gripper type LSD be harder to push around than a standard type diff?
It appears to drive ok, but it hasn't exactly been put through it's paces yet.

...or am I just weak as a kitten?

Hey Alburglar

The gripper diff makes the car very hard to push around corners, before swapping mine for a Quaife I could hear the gripper diff grawnching as you tried to push it round a corner. The whole diff things is discussed here if you wanted more on it::::::http://www.theminifo...ic=139772&st=45

Its a horses for courses thing really, if you want an agressive diff that will allow you to snap a driveshaft but it will still propel you using only one or if lifting the inside wheel is of concern then a gripper or any plate type is a good option.

Thanks for that. As long as it's not broken I'm happy. I remember pushing a mini with a salisbury diff that was a pig, so I had an incling that might be the case.

...and sheernes is only 40 minutes away from me if I do fancy the ATB!
