The 2nd week of Oct were heading down to CA. I have a track day at Thunderhill Raceway, and one at Sears Point.
I was hoping to do Luguna Seca but my car runs at 90 to 94 DB and that's to load for Luguna Seca. Guess I need a better muffler.

PS, these runs were with out the turbo. Been having waste gate problems so I pulled it off until I get the problem solved.

Awesome Steve...do you have a separate manifold for when you're not running the turbo?
I use the turbo manifold, just put a pipe I made in-place of the turbo. Bolts right up to the exhaust pipe flange. I also have two dyno map programs.

Good effort there Birdman, goes to show what a bit of track knowledge can do for your lap times.
Boy that is the truth.

Birdman, you have all the good toys.....best of luck getting it setup, that is a really good way to see where you're lifting to early or not on the gas enough on a straight. Can you overlay the info to video?
Yes, you can basically do any thing you want. Program it to start and stop automatically. It even has a time memory, so lets say you program it to start at 20 mph, you can then program it to save all info pryor to reaching 20 mph. So at the start of a race, it turns on at 20 mph but will save the recording 30 seconds before the car started moving. So you don't miss any of the start. It will also control cameras, or any other input, such as brake temp sensors, spring pressure sensors, tire temp and so on. So you could tell your balance from this if one tire and brake is getting much hotter than the others.
But here's the neat thing. Supposedly all things equal, you should be able to reach as many "G"s of cornering force as braking. So you make a bunch of hard stops to get a base line to work from. Let's say you know your car can reach 2 "G"s of braking force, you can then use the recorded data to see how many "G"s your getting in each corner. This will show you which corners your doing maximum and which corners could still be taken harder.
