thanks ive emailed the dvla about it and will send a v62 form off and attach a letter explaining the situation
and gonna apply for a heritage cirtificate now i rang them and they started saying that i cant have one for some reason didnt understand them as they where very posh lol so gonna apply online now the vin plate is classed as the chassic/body number
