ya i was gonna till found a number in the scuttle panel which im not sure anymore if it is the vin number or not

No reply as yet (he does work away) I had it in my head that it was a white one?

Has it been at the yard long?

Did the DVLA say if the plates that you found in the van were still issued?
TGhe VIN looks position correctly as on a early 80's van?

Nah not long about 3-4 days i think he had a couple of people wanting it guess i was just the quickest lol and they said they do not relate to a mini van and for legal reason they can not tell me any other information about the vehicle they belonged to and yes i believe she is a early 80's van

Hey,

This may or may not help....On the mini I am restoring there is a year stamped into the toe board next to where the steering collum goes through.

Wow what an interesting read that was. Had me on the edge of my seat reading it and still does.

Hope it all come good for you Danny, good to see another van being saved.

Also if you do end up breaking it shotgun the rear doors as they look alot better than mine.

Hope it doesnt come to that though.

Ya I've contacted the dvla and need to send v62 in and all the doors are mint with absolutely no rust that can be seen anyway will get a knotted wire wheel on them then 2 pack them
