I hope they dont pull it to bits and say bad things about it
BBC2 8pm tonight for those interested.
"In this year's Top Gear special. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May set out to boost the British economy by embarking on an adventurous trade mission to India. Jeremy drives an old Jaguar, James an old Rolls-Royce while Richard makes his way through mad Indian traffic in an old Mini Cooper. "

I am told..........."nothing nasty happened to the Mini, in fact it was quite serviceable when the filming was completed.
This wasn't your usual £1500 challenge, each presenter was given £7k to buy a car - Richard bought a late W-Reg Cooper Sportspack.
It was modified during filming with steel wheels and chunkier tyres being fitted to cope with gravelly roads.
Rest assured though, it wasn't completely trashed."
A 'before' shot....

am i getting old because i dont find them funny anymore! they are getting predictable and pathetic for me. I get annoyed at the blatant vandalism of perfectly good cars and using my tv licence money to do it. I think the only good challenges have been the north pole, across africa, botswana and the start of the decline was thailand.
nope your not gettign old.. This programme has been garbage for years now and is nothing to do with motoring for real people.
I have issue with my licsense fee being spent in such a way s as these baffons do.
The issue of the ******* clarkson who in many peoples opinion should not be employed by the bbc .. is a seperate issue.
