are those brakes a metro turbo set up? what drive flanges did you use on the disc?

Hey mate yer they are metro 4 pots "vented type" and you will need to buy the metro drive flanges to use them. After buying them i realised i would of been able to convert the mini flanges, but seeings i have already bought them it wasnt worth the effort :) Only just realised that its your thread i have been following haha. You intend doing a stage rally or just sticking to road rallies?

I then painted the bulkhead white. Reason being is that if i do have oil leaks etc they'll be more visibly, well thats the plan anyways :) Also the webber box is in place just to see what its going to look like. Made it out of aluminium in work :)

No im planning on doing single venue events as well as doing the road rallies. I managed to win the under1425cc west mids class last year so i will try and defend the title lol.
Your car is way further on than mine im almost at the paint prep stage and hope to have it painted by the end of this month. Good idea about the engine bay paint colour, havent decided what colour to paint it yet

Ah right cool thinking about it i wish i had kept cetain bits of the car so i could enter road rallies as stage rallying is going to be bloody expensive lol. Saying that though if i can enter single venues i might join ya 1 day, might even have a crack at ur title if i meet the regs :P Although its taken me 18 months to get this far as its my first time so have no idea how long its going to take me from here lol

Nice work, its looking great, looking forward to seeing it finished. Quick question, are you going to bother to brace between the rear turrets, seeing as you are using coil overs?

Hi dude not at the moment no. I had though about it but wanted to keep the origional fuel tank. Gonna keep an eye on it and see how it goes.
