Bought some old metro turbo 4 pots on ebay. They needed a full refurb so i blasted them down in work. I left the old pistons in while i blasted them down so i didnt get any grit internally and also masked up the bleed nipples and basically every open hole on them :)

I made the pistons for the calipers in work out of stainless steel and painted them in red :)

Also had to repair the passenger side door step as you can see was very rusty. Cant find any pics of it all welded up so will show the finished product later on

Had to cut away the rust from the driver side rear light and make up a new section.

I Then started on the underneather of the boot and made up another section as i didnt want to replace the whole floor as it was only the lip that had rusted

I then replaced the front top rail but seems to of either forgot to take phots of the rusty old 1 or cant find them, will post them if i find them

As you can see, i have removed the lower rail completly. This is because i will be welding an extra dash bar onto the roll cage which will be much stronger and safer. I will also be making up a little attachment so that the steering column will link to it.

After sandblasting my old rear valance and primering it up i fittied it and welsed him on.
