At the risk of sounding like a staker, I've just some photo's on my facebook feed of a gymkhana event in Pembrey. Im guessing its your mini in the photo's.

How did it go?

Hi Stalker Paul :P

It was my first gymkhana so i did struggle lol Completly got the setup of the car wrong as i didnt realise how rough the surface was going to be but with all that aside i did manage to enjoy myself down there. I didnt come out unscaved though unfortunatly lol I hit a big bad tyre, loosing an arch and hitting my front end hence my wanted post for a new arch haha. Do you race or compete at all?

Shame to hear you hit a tyre :ohno: but at least you had fun.

Was it all based on the go-kart track or did they use any other parts of Pembrey?

I do compete, although just navigate at the moment. The plan is to eventually build a car, but it’s a few years of yet due to house etc.

Only did a few events this year 2x caerwents and Pembrey a few weeks back. Hoping to do a little more next year, but again we will see how the funds are.

Whats your plans for the next event? Epynt ;D

HA EPYNT! :P

Think epynt is a bit out of my league at the moment lol but i would love to do it eventually. I have no more plans for the mini for a while now as i've gone and bloody proposed lol so untill march next year there isnt really any funds to do anything. As far as i know it was only the go kart track but for £30 is wasnt to bad because it was taking around 4 mins to complete a lap and there was either 5 or 6 runs. When i do get chance to compete caerwent and pembrey will definatly be my first choice of events. My advice would be to buy a car that almost done etc, has taken me the best part of 3 years to build mine. Thats a long time to wait lol
