How did a bearing going result in your wheel flying off?
Looks like the nuts weren't tight enough? The studs are still there?

Thought the same two at first wasnt just the bearing the hubs had to be changed to. tightened every thing up and cheked the Studs/ bolts ect. went for a test run round the block and heard a load nocking noise. as i said bearing and hub had gone so prob couldnt cope with the wight and the spacers.

I'm not doubting you had trouble, but when people say "spacers / large wheels accerelate bearing wear" it isn't exponetial, you don't fit them and your car explodes. If it does, there's something else involved.
