Yea that jps mini is a model, but if you read the creators website (he makes/designs lots of these type of things) he says he wants to build it for real when he's learnt to weld!

Real life norwegian JPS mini. Yes they are 10x7 golf cart wheels, fake splits, quiet heavy (10lbs) but they look awesome

they are called Mojo wheels (what's in a name haha), most golf cart shops on the web have them. I'm also going to buy the Mojo's, today my 7,5 inch disk kit arrived, jeej 
!
