Well I'm not wading through literally years of posts, has anyone actually tucked?
The first few pages all seem to have arches.
I want to see rear 1/4 lip to rim![/quote]
The general concenceous is its pretty much impossible to 'tuck' on a mini, without making the body wider or narrowing the subframes. The closest thats been done is probably brown car on this page above, either that or someone like the Mclean Bros running their mad wide mexico arches with 13x8s.
Or this from page 72

Does seem odd that mini inner rear arches curve upward if you can't tuck into it :/

With 10x3.5 wheels you may be able to but I suspect you will still rub the tyre sidewall into the arch, and there isnt a chance you could get any bigger wheels in there that are narrow enough I wouldn't say unless you can get 13" space savers

What would be the point of 'tucking'?
I can completely appreciate that people like the look of lowering from an aesthetic point of view but surely lowering a mini to the point of undriveability completely defeats the point of it being a car.

If you search, "standard" "concourse" "rally spec" "original" in the search function, you'll find what you're looking for. This clearly isn't the thread for you if you think tucking a wheel renders a car 'undriveable'

I'm on my way to tucking reverse rims. Still a work in profess, unfortunately you can't tell from the pic as it was taken just after I fitted the camber brackets but it settled down to tucking the tyre tread in the inner arch

Touché! I had forgotten about the estate
This is the one I think you mean, I also seem to think its running a rotary engine or something and the axle locations must have been moved in to allow this to tuck like this
