Don't think so somehow, it's far too low at the back for the tyre to fit under the arch. Also look at the line/edge of the front arch past the tyre and wheel = photoshoppage

I was going to agree with kappa, but after you pointed that out I think your right, very good photo shop!

the wheels are 7x10's so because of the stretch it actually does sit this low, 

 

this however i have photoshopped to where i wish it would be drive-able on

 

heres a photo of before i had the stickers on, as you can see pretty much at the same height also notice i change my car AL THE TIME!
