Can't find the wheels but that's way more than a banded cooper s wheel. Apparently 7,5 x 10 !

Is it 10s with a stretched tyre? Or do the tyres just look like that on 10's?

It just depends how wide the wheel is, I think that they could be 7 inches wide so the tyres will look slightly stretched as I don't think the tyre manufacturers make tyres especially for above 6" wide 10"wheels, only slicks.

And does wheels like that affect performance?
