This actually looks like the one from magnaflow exhaust guys in uxbrigde, hillingdon, London and is a show car, but road worthy and yes it is road worthy as I seen it drive down to L2B 2010 and looks amazing, if it is the same one
i saw this one at L2B 2010 and if i remember correctly the indicators are forged into the headlights and the back lights are on the rear parcel shelf, also i belive the doors have a poper system and are opened by a switch on the key fob and im certain it was 'magnaflow' that built this mini not AZZ (but then again i might be wrong)
I thought it says A2Z minis. Maybe magnaflow has sold the mini now. Great looking tho

I don't find a larger picture of this :
I found that pic in 16v minis. the mini had a honda b18 turbo engine and was running on 15'' deep dish rims!

The plenum is the billet piece on the front of the throttle bodies, the black barrel above the clutch cover is a charge cooler.
