Same as me, i have had to upload them to photobucket and then use a link to show pics!!!
Even the smilies are not working!!!
It must be teething problems with the new system?
Hope its sorted soon.

que the sit in and pretend to drive style!!!!!!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i cant fault the finish, it looks awsome. I was a little gutted about not getting a parts list and also it turning up in several different boxes.
i supose if it were my company i would deliver in a nice box and have a list installed, just think thats more professional

Now the kit has arrived ive spent lots of time in the garden playing about and trying to get the shell in the condition so that the chassis can be installed.

as im fitting a flip front which meets the a-panel, i made up some strengthening struts to hold the a-panel on

template first

then the 2 pieces where made up of box section
welded and coated on zinc primer

next step was to turn the shell over and sort the underneath before i get too far along with the visible bits!!

TO ALL THOSE WITH STRONG WRIST MUSCLES!!!!!!!, this beastie gets everything off trust me, just get ready to hold on tight!

After using differnt types of drill mounted abrassive material , i noticed i was getting no where fast until i tried this

the primer was brushed on, i did this as i could get into every little corner,

then i used a schutz gun to add stone chip/scratch paint which sets like rubber and can be painted over

unfortunatly ive run out of bloody paint so here is a bit of it with the first coat on.

i used 2kg of paint on this and it wasnt enough but having never used this type of spraying i didnt realise how fast its used up!

im planning on the same process for the inside and bulkhead as it hides imperfections, looks a great finish and also acts as a sound deadening material.
If there is anyone who has used this process and would advise against it, then let me know now please!!!!!!!

I Think that curley extra wide versions are the widest but be careful as it may look over arched depending on what whels you fit??
ADE, PETE and willy dasturdley have them , whilst R1minimagic has group 5's i think and ive got sportspack.

Cheers
