yeah space frame front end. turns out its the same as the type r front. i thought it was going to be like the a block frame. looks great
I did a list last night and priced everything up...................................scarey!
Chris actually delivered the kit today which was nice. all the lads at work were dead impressed and ripped the p*&s a little as they do!
what i didnt know was that the 02 or 03 shud be used! was looking at an o6 engine today! shame!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i cant fault the finish, it looks awsome. I was a little gutted about not getting a parts list and also it turning up in several different boxes.
i supose if it were my company i would deliver in a nice box and have a list installed, just think thats more professional

as im fitting a flip front which meets the a-panel, i made up some strengthening struts to hold the a-panel on
template first
then the 2 pieces where made up of box section
welded and coated on zinc primer

TO ALL THOSE WITH STRONG WRIST MUSCLES!!!!!!!, this beastie gets everything off trust me, just get ready to hold on tight!
After using differnt types of drill mounted abrassive material , i noticed i was getting no where fast until i tried this

then i used a schutz gun to add stone chip/scratch paint which sets like rubber and can be painted over
unfortunatly ive run out of bloody paint so here is a bit of it with the first coat on.
i used 2kg of paint on this and it wasnt enough but having never used this type of spraying i didnt realise how fast its used up!
im planning on the same process for the inside and bulkhead as it hides imperfections, looks a great finish and also acts as a sound deadening material.
If there is anyone who has used this process and would advise against it, then let me know now please!!!!!!!

im buying curley extra wide arches but they are going the same colour as car and also they are the widest arches you can buy! or are they? any ideas?

ADE, PETE and willy dasturdley have them , whilst R1minimagic has group 5's i think and ive got sportspack.
