they pick up on little stuff like number plate bulbs out. then miss the worn out wiper blade and the nackered rear suspension. (which i still havent got fixed yet) its on a 306 by the way. wouldnt do that to a mini.
think i'll be purchasing sum of those led bolts then. i really like the smooth bum look.
anyone know where to buy them from. i'll be having a look on ebay anyways.

Maybe I am not the first to ask, but I cant find it in this thread. What is the fabric called that you used on your dash and interior and how did you apply it. I really love it!!!!

I just thought i would put a picture up of th car as it is today. This is it with is winter wheels on

I cant tell you how much fun it is to drive. Depressed with the weather at the minute so ive been able to sort a couple of little jobs. New indicator stalk unit as the old one was worn and fettling up some d-slot wheels.
I find the car much better to drive with the anti role bar disconnected whilst around town and lanes. The rear was far to taught, having a little role in the rear of the car helps build confidence. Its a real shock going from a front wheel drive car to this and whilst hooofing it with the right foot is hallarious i wouldnt recomend it all the time!
I bought a sound level meter and tested as per scruteneering guidelines.
105.9 db outside
118.5 inside!!!!
Its just too loud for track days and i dont think they will let me off. what do you think with 105.9db? Is it as enforced as they say?
One of the guys in the race series is running an audi tt exhaust which looks a good idea and thats something else i could have a go at! Any ideas anyone?

One way is to disconnect the tacho and say it doesnt work, then hold it at about 4,000

haha nice 1 i can change my ignition type so it will read 9000 but only be at 4000! bit of a problem with that.................. lots of tracks run drive by sound tests too

Dale did you have an exhaust custom built?
