For future reference its best not to use washing up liquid when fitting windows. Washing up liquid contains quite a lot of salt, so any liquid left trapped under the seal will try and eat away at paint and metal.

Looking superb though dude! Really liking that exhaust exit!

dean

Does your rear valance cause a problem when lifting the shell over the cage?or is this just the race spec kit? I am busy chopping out the car and remembered chris mentioning this problem. Just i love the smooth back end look which you have got and i was just thinking that if i have to take the valance off to allow the cage to fit in the shell then thins could cause a problem, as it would have to be bolted on afterwards unless i welded some tabs on to the valance to accept it from the inside but there would always be a seam i guess??

Cheers

PHIL

i took the old valance off before fitting the cage the first time. I added a new valance then remonved the cage to spray the inside, i remember it being a little difficult but i didit on my own and never bent anythin although there were a few scratches on the inside!!!
