Soak up any free oil with cement dust - then apply GUNK. And wash away.

Try soap powder, a yardbrush and a bucket of hot water. Cheapest option first...

Dave's Insanity Sauce says it can clear driveway stains on the bottle. Not tried it mind, the GUNK driveway stuff and mashing some cat litter into the concrete drive seemed to get most of it off, and after a year of ran it's no longer visible.

You use petrol???? you must be loaded sir. No seriously it will do the job but expensive but saying that a lot of the other cleaners work out to be as expensive or more so.

Kitty Litter to soak up the worst of the oil on the surface.
Gunk is good. However, I make a DIY version when needed. I mix equal amounts of liquid laundry detergent and kerosene or mineral spirits. I stir the two together until the mixture turns "white" then I pour it on the oil spot, scrub it into the stain with a brush and allow time for it to work in. After 15 or so minutes I rinse with water and repeat as necessary.
