:L the turbo sits down behind the block,

but im not turboing yet so it does look like a standard engine from the outside :)

ooh dont you have to cut the bulkhead for that as space is a bit tight back there, and well without the turbo It would be hard for someone to inspect your engine and find its not standard unless they drove it ?

well they wouldnt look too carefully would they? they may see the turbo but N/A it would just look like a clean 998 engine from the outside

(by the way my query's in no way condone insurance fraud or any other activitys, just curious )

The plenum behind the carb would be rather obvious, would take a rather dim witted inspector to not wonder where the brightly coloured silicone hose leading to it comes from too

If you had kept to just a +40 rebore then it doesn't need to be declared as its an acceptable 'repair' (each manufacturer will have a accepted rebore) any thing more is classed as a over bore

like i said i couldnt because none are in stock anywhere,
+40 is for little fairy girls

plus my bores were so worn +60 were the only ones that would fit :)

Ah , when i get another mini, im gunna get a tuned 1275 (probs end up 1300 something) or a tuned (998 so like 1019 or what ever yours is) .. I doubt i could rebuild a engine anyway so id just have too keep an eye out on ebay for a already done one .. My only doubt is how would you tell it wasnt knackered:/

I doubt i could rebuild a engine anyway so id just have too keep an eye out on ebay for a already done one .. My only doubt is how would you tell it wasnt knackered:/
